The project includes activities that will help to discover young talents and support them in intellectual sense and to encourage opinion leaders. These individuals will be introduced to issues related with basic principles of a free society and be motivated to found new civil organizations that will work in intellectual area. ALT will use its experince and try to get its current works more systematic for extending liberal ideas.

In this respect, ALT will held two kinds of seminar:
i) Philosophical Issues: Austrian School of Economics, Constitutionalism,Capitalism
ii) Practical Issues: Think-tank Management,Institutional Development, Strategic Planning

ALT will also run colloquiums, seminars, workshops and give internship opportunities.
